Should your goods arrive to you faulty, they can be exchanged or returned for a refund for upto 28 days from the date of purchase. We will refund the price of the goods minus: the postage incurred, any free items included in the original order (unless also returned), and any discounts applied to the original order because of the returned item.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging an item. Before you send the package back, please Contact Us so we are aware of your reasons for returning the product.
Due to the nature of the product I do not offer returns on knitting patterns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If any of the goods in your order are faulty, please Contact Us as soon as the fault arises and before you return any goods. You will be asked to formalise your complaint in writing, either by post or email. Goods must then be returned to us before a replacement is issued.
Tipeetoes will endeavour to replace items at no additional cost, although we will not cover any additional postage charges incurred.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
