EMAILED PATTERNS
On purchase of a PDF pattern you will be manually emailed the pattern as an attachment. Once received save the pattern to your computer. All patterns are in PDF format which can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is available free of charge from https://get.adobe.com/reader.
All emails are checked regularly throughout the working day and your PDF pattern would normally be emailed within a few hours via the email address you provide. At weekends this may take a little longer but if you have not received your pattern within 24 hours, please email me and it will be resent to you shortly.
POSTAL SHIPMENTS
I also offer a printed and posted service. Patterns are printed on good quality white A4 paper with a colour picture on the front cover and are enclosed in a polypocket for protection. Patterns are posted out in a card backed envelope by second class mail to UK buyers. For overseas purchases patterns will be sent by standard airmail.
